EXPORT CONTROL
American Infrared Solutions supports many clients engaged in advanced defense and scientific imaging projects. We present a limited amount of information on our products and services online, but we are happy to provide additional information to qualified individuals. Most of the high performance technology we supply and support is controlled under the United States International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and may not be sent outside the US, or made available to a foreign person wherever located, except in accordance with ITAR and as approved by the US Government. We strictly adhere to ITAR.

ITAR violations can be harmful to the national security and foreign policy of the U.S. and may result in civil penalties, criminal penalties, and other costs (including loss of reputation and revocation/ rejection of export licenses).
To ensure compliance with the ITAR, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls strongly encourages registered exporters, manufacturers, brokers, and others engaged in defense trade to maintain compliance programs that assist in the monitoring and control of exports and other regulated activities.
